For Referrers: Professional network information, candidate referrals, banking/payment information
Communications: When you contact us or communicate through the Services, we collect the content of your messages, correspondence, and any information you choose to provide.
Payment Information: For Employers, we collect billing information necessary to process payments, though actual payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage:
Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our Services, including hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and IP address.
Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with the Services, including the pages or content you view, your searches, referrals, job applications, and other actions on the Services.
Location Information: We may collect information about your general location based on your IP address.

Referral Information: Referrers may provide information about Candidates they refer to the platform. By being referred, Candidates consent to having their information shared with TaiMoto and potential Employers.

1. SERVICE PROVISION AND IMPROVEMENT
To provide, maintain, and improve our Services
To create and manage your account
To facilitate connections between Employers, Candidates, and Referrers
To process job postings, applications, and referrals
To calculate and process referral compensation and placement fees
To track candidate ownership and referral relationships

2. COMMUNICATIONS
To send you administrative information, updates, and notices about your account

HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

1. WITH OTHER USERS
Employer Information: Job postings and company information may be visible to Candidates and Referrers
Candidate Information: With your consent, your profile and resume information may be shared with Employers for job opportunities
Referrer Information: Referrers’ names and contact information may be shared with Employers and Candidates in connection with referrals
2. WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:
Payment processing (Stripe, Inc.)
Cloud hosting and data storage
Analytics providers
Email service providers
Customer support tools
These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
3. FOR LEGAL REASONS
