How do I make money on TaiMoto?
There are three ways to earn:
- Land a job through the platform — you get paid just for getting hired.
- Refer a great candidate who gets hired — earn a share of the recruiter’s commission.
- Refer a company or hiring manager that ends up hiring through TaiMoto — earn even more.
Do I need to be a professional recruiter to refer someone?
Not at all. If you know talented people or hiring teams, you can refer them and earn. TaiMoto makes everyone a recruiter.
How much can I earn from referrals?
You can earn 20–70% of the profit for candidate referrals, and up to 90% of the profit for client referrals. Your network pays off.
Who qualifies as a valid candidate referral?
Candidates you’ve worked with or can vouch for. Referrals are relationship-based — quality matters more than quantity.
What if I want to join TaiMoto but don’t know anyone who can invite me?
No problem. Just send us your references or work history, and we’ll evaluate your profile. If you’re a good fit, you’re in.
What if I want to invite others?
Once you’re vetted, you’ll get a set number of invites. We believe in quality networks, so refer wisely — your reputation builds trust.
