How do I make money on TaiMoto?

There are three ways to earn:

  1. Land a job through the platform — you get paid just for getting hired.
  2. Refer a great candidate who gets hired — earn a share of the recruiter’s commission.
  3. Refer a company or hiring manager that ends up hiring through TaiMoto — earn even more.
Do I need to be a professional recruiter to refer someone?

Not at all. If you know talented people or hiring teams, you can refer them and earn. TaiMoto makes everyone a recruiter.

How much can I earn from referrals?

You can earn 20–70% of the profit for candidate referrals, and up to 90% of the profit  for client referrals. Your network pays off.

Who qualifies as a valid candidate referral?

Candidates you’ve worked with or can vouch for. Referrals are relationship-based — quality matters more than quantity.

What if I want to join TaiMoto but don’t know anyone who can invite me?

No problem. Just send us your references or work history, and we’ll evaluate your profile. If you’re a good fit, you’re in.

What if I want to invite others?

Once you’re vetted, you’ll get a set number of invites. We believe in quality networks, so refer wisely — your reputation builds trust.

What do I get when I post a job on TaiMoto?

You tap into a vetted, relationship-driven talent pool. Every candidate is recommended by someone who knows their work.

Can I post jobs for free?

Yes. Job postings are free on all plans. You only pay based on the level of support and vetting you require.

Is there a subscription fee?

No subscription required — we offer three flexible plans:

  • Basic:
    • Post jobs for free
    • Pay only for the vetted candidates you want to interview
    • Great for teams who want to do their hiring with light support
  • Hybrid:
    • Combining vouched candidates + recruiter support
    • Discounted recruitment fee compared to traditional agencies

  • Deluxe:
    • Our white-glove service
    • Embedded full-service recruiting
    • Includes custom vetting, interview scheduling, and shortlist delivery
What does “vouched for” really mean?

Every candidate is referred by someone who knows them professionally — no cold applications, just trusted talent.
